For Everyday and Party Occasions
The Art of Dining And Entertaining

The Art of Dining and Entertaining is an advanced course designed for helpers who already have a basic knowledge of how to set a Western table (our Housekeeping and Management course is recommended as a start) and have been exposed to some degree of entertaining. It will cover aspects that are required to be an excellent host household, to give you a solid back up in your efforts to be a great host/hostess and provide systems to the helper to standardize the high level of service required for entertinaining both stay-at-home guests as well as dinner or lunch guests. So if you’d like to put your time to your guests and not to worrying about your home service, this is the course for you!

This is a 2-day course held on a Monday and Wednesday.
